Celebrated every year on November 2.

Stuffed eggs are a very old dish.
The Romans loved fancy foods, so of course eggs where one of the foods that were served in all kinds of fancy ways.

The first mention of “deviled food”was somewhere in 1786 in Great Britain.
Food was deviled when they seasoned or fried the hell out of it.
And especially if spicy ingredients were used.
This term mostly only survived for eggs.
Even if we don’t make them spicy.
