♂️
International Men’s Day was revived in 2009 when the Maltese AMR Committee voted to change the date officially to November 19, because that date was trending for International Mens Day in several countries.
Since then, International Mens Day is being celebrated world wide on the same day.

International Men’s Day on November 19 and International Women’s Day on March 8 are observances that raise awareness about problems concerning gender based social structures.
When people are being discriminated on base of their sex or gender, this can lead to injustice and even health concerns.
Basically, both days are against elimination of toxic sexism.
We are all people of equal worth who should work together instead of against one another.
Today we focus on sexism against men.
Men should be allowed to wear whatever they like, be allowed the same emotions as women and do the same jobs.
We are only human after all.
