Eat only chocolate today that contains marshmallow and a choice of the following ingredients:
– Nuts
– Dried fruit
– crumbled cookies
– Random candy
– ???

As far as known, the first rocky road mentioned was in Australia in 1853.
The mix was used a method to recycle candy that was broken, melted or otherwise didn’t sell.
Sounds like the recipe has improved a lot since…we hope.
