Winter Nights

Winter Nights was originally a time of year in medieval Scandinavia called “vetrnætr” which probably meant “the three days which begin the winter season”.

Traditionally sacrifices, the “Álfablót” and the “Dísablót“, were made to celebrate the harvest and to ensure a good new harvest for the next year.
