Cool to know:

Bicycles were invented in the 1800s and after a few awkward designs quickly became popular.
The fact that bicycles are easy to use, require no fuel and are a lot more compact than most transport vehicles is what makes bicycles still go almost 2 centuries later!

Bicycles played an important part in Western female emancipation. Because to ride a bicycle, a big dress is not very practical.
Special bicycle suits were designed for women which included a pair of trousers.
This made some women realize that they really loved the comfort and freedom of wearing trousers.

Any time you think that it’s too much effort to ride a bicycle, remember that the bicycle was invented and developed by people who thought that walking was too much effort.
Laziness can lead to great inventions!

Do we need to say that riding the bicycle to work or school leads to regular healthy exercise?
