An event every year that begins at 00:00 on day 20 of July, repeating indefinitely
When: July 20
First occurrence: 2006
A certain Professor Hans Peter Niesward
from Munich’s Institute for Gravitational Physics
claimed that if 600 million people in the Western Hemisphere
jumped simultaneously at 11:39.13 UTC of the same day
the combined jump could move the Earth out of its orbit,
into a new orbit.
First, that professor appeared to be none other
than the day’s creator, Torsten.
Second, changing the orbit of our planet even a little bit
could have incredibly bad consequences for our
negating all our efforts saving nature with our recycling projects.
Third, luckily the jump probably wouldn’t work.
…at least we hope so.
Fourth, but jumping for exercise is good for us.
So jump ahead anyway!
