Penuche Fudge Day

Celebrated every year on July 22

Fudge is a confectionery made with mainly sugar and milk and butter and traditionally comes in many types of flavoring.
The difference in penuche fudge is the use of brown sugar. Which alters the taste a bit (depending on if the sugar was made from sugarcane or beets) and makes the fudge a bit softer and chewier.

Penuche Fudge Day is not to be confused with:

A Hot Fudge Sundae and a trashy novel is my idea of heaven.
