Howl at the Moon Day and Night was created on April 26th, 2009, by Umbrelly Books Founder, Johnny DePalma who [tooltip tip=”how modest”]chose his birthday[/tooltip] for this holiday.
The purpose for this holiday is because he wanted a day to howl at the moon with others joining him in.
