In the U.S. the specific phrase “raisin bran” is connected mostly to cereals from big brands. These cereals have “bran” in the name because most cereals in boxes hardly have any fibers at all.
They also probably contain a lot of sugar.

We like to mix our own cereals. With whole grains, seeds and nuts and no raisins and no sugars.
