Mindfulness Day was created in 2011 Wisdom Publications to promote mindfulness.
Mindfulness Day aims to raise awareness in the general population about the value and benefit mindfulness brings.
According to Google definitions:

2. a mental state achieved by focusing one’s awareness on the present moment, while calmly acknowledging and accepting one’s feelings, thoughts, and bodily sensations, used as a therapeutic technique.There are many tips on how to practice mindfulness.
One of the most effective methods is by simply removing all distractions when doing something and fully live in the moment.
